Now Editing “한국대기업 물류 회사에서 Logistic Inbound Senior staff 채용합니다.” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at 한국대기업 물류 회사에서 Logistic Inbound Senior staff 채용합니다. 채용절자 : 서류전형(이력서)-인터뷰-채용 지원방법 : 이력서를 hr@people4nets.com으로 보내주세요. 자격 : 합법적으로 일할수 있는 분 Benefit : Medical/vision/Dental, Paid Time Off Contract Period : 1 yr + extension Work Address : Santa Fe Springs, CA, 90670 Work Hours: 8:30~17:30 Pay: $26/ hour Job Function/Description: • Receive shipping documents (B/L, Arrival Notice, ISF info, etc) and review they are accurate. • Monitor in-transit status for import ocean cargo. • Check cargo arrival status at U.S sea port. • Prepare D/O for drayage shipments & send the order to trucker. • Take care of drayage from sea port with trucker. • Communicate with warehouse to manage cargo receiving. • Plan/manage warehouse’s space through assigned warehouses. • Monitor cargo handling in warehouse to ensure everything is properly on the course. • Troubleshoot all issues from cargo pick up from seal port to ship out from warehouse. • Manage inventory of warehouse with daily report, or regular physical inventory audit. • Monitor cargo status and report any damage cases in transit or at warehouse to customer. • Cooperate outbound team to manage inventory correctly. • Receive spot quotation from service providers & propose AT to customer. • Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staff. • Maintain essential account documentation with up to date information and ensuring that it is collated and stored so as to be readily accessible. • Follow SOP/Work Instructions and ensure operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance. • Recommend changes in current processes when needed. • Reporting as needed (service failure report, claim/damage report, others). • Accurate data entry into in-house system (Cello) and other systems as needed. • Handle settlement for AR/AP through in-house system (Cello). • Provide satisfactory service to customer in day to day logistics operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree Required • 5+ years of experience in Logistics Required • Remote role that may require onsite at customer site in the future • Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word • Excellent written and oral skills (English) • Able to engage and work directly with customers • Problem solver mindset • Self-motivated • Organized • Handle high pressure and fast pace operations as needed • Strong work ethic • Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed • Bilingual (Korean) required I agree to the terms of service Update List
