– 미국에 본사를 둔 글로벌 덴탈 기업(MNC) 지사 근무 경험자 우대■ 근무내용 :
– Strategic Planning: Setting regional goals, developing and implementing business strategies, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities
– Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards across multiple locations
– Team Leadership: Experience in building up the team and management
– Financial Management: Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and achieving revenue targets
– Stakeholder Relations: Building relationships with distributors, KOLs, customers and internal teams while resolving escalated issues
– Reporting to the director of the global business division in HQ, in this newly created position, you will lead a USA business and be responsible for the all the market in USA. This will include
– Driving profitable growth and bring commercial insights and structures to our product
– Develop and profitably implement the annual and mid-term sales plans and budgets by contributing into identification of priority trends, aligning with HQ implementation targets in terms of customers and market
– Constantly focused on the pipeline generation in the US to ensure long term success
– Develop new partner sales channels and partners to find new opportunities and drive the market
– Identifying and qualifying new strategic partnerships with security integrators and uncovering new opportunities with end-users; KOL
