Hardware Engineer II or Senior

We’re looking for motivated developers that would like to join a dynamic leader in the electronic payment industry. The successful applicant will be a well-rounded hardware engineer, knowledgeable about mobile telecommunication applications and wireless terminal platforms.

Job Duties:
As a member of the Hardware Development team, this person will design, develop, debug and maintain terminal hardware, wire and wireless connectivity. They will work closely with vendor partners, engineering team, and QA, to deliver timely and complete solutions.

Education and experience:
* BS in EE or equivalent
* 5 years wire and wireless terminal development

Skill requirements:
* SMT(surface mount) experience
* GSM/GPRS handset development
* WiFi terminal development
* Linux environment
* R/F hardware implementation

Optional pluses:
* VeriFone/Ingenico terminal development

* Self-starter with proven ability to execute
* Skilled problem solver
* Good oral and written communications
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
* Ability to adapt easily to changing priorities and job responsibilities
