Qualification:

5+ years of corporate IT management experience preferred
Korean/ English Bilingual
Strong knowledge of macOS
Basic MDM exposure (JAMF etc.)
A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
Effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT team in support of all users to provide top-notch IT systems and services.

• Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within business initiatives.

• Provide sound strategic leadership on projects, directing their team’s efforts towards successful completion in a timely manner.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.

• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels.

• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Communicate with stakeholders to meet IT standards and compliance.

• Access vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team leaders, and users.

• Train employees on both hardware and software.

• Manage domain controller, file servers, and so on.

• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

• Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.

• Be proactive, friendly and engaging when agency clients are in office for meetings.

A IT Director will lead the IT team of three and be responsible for the agency’s technology systems to ensure that they meet the needs for all employees onsite and remote. In addition, our IT leader must have strong communication skills to interact with employees from all experience levels with empathy and professionalism.
