주요 업무:

1. 운송 데이터 분석
– 내부 및 외부 운송 데이터를 분석하여 운송비 연구 및 운송사 협상 지원
– 다양한 시나리오 기반 비용 시뮬레이션을 통해 최적 운송 솔루션 도출

2. 운송사 협상
– 원자재 및 완제품 운송비 협상 진행
– 운송 관련 문서 및 절차 관리, 운송사와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션

3. 입찰(RFP) 관리
– RFQ(견적 요청) 데이터 분석 및 운송사 소싱 관련 비용 조사
– 다양한 공급업체로부터 견적 수집 및 조건, 단가 협상
– 입찰 과정에서 가격 협상에 도움이 되는 주요 요인 분석 및 제안

4. 계약 관리
– 법무팀과의 협업하에 운송 계약의 회사 정책 및 법적 요건 준수 확인 및 관리
– 소싱 프로세스 전반의 내부 구매 시스템 운영 및 관리

5. 공급업체 평가 및 비교
– 공급업체 견적 평가 및 비용 요소 분석 보고
– 재무 시뮬레이션 및 견적 비교표 관리, 데이터 기반 운송사 선정 제안

자격 요건:
– 회계학, 재무학, 공급망관리(SCM), 경제학, 산업공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상
– 물류 분석가(Logistics Analyst) 또는 유사 직무에서 최소 3년 이상의 경험
– Microsoft Access 및 Excel 숙련자 (대규모 데이터 처리 및 복잡한 리포트 작성 가능자)
– 데이터 해석 능력 및 물류 운영 개선을 위한 실행 가능한 인사이트 도출 능력
– 탁월한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
– 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 능력 필수
– 표, 차트, 수치 기반 자료를 활용하여 분석 결과 및 제안사항을 명확히 제시할 수 있는 능력

Title: Transportation Pricing Analyst

Condition: 1 year
Location: Plano, Texas
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct internal and external transportation data analysis and cost research to support carrier negotiations.
– Simulate scenario-based cost estimations to identify the most optimal transportation solutions.
– Negotiate the cost of transporting raw materials and finished goods.
– Coordinate transportation activities, ensuring smooth communication and proper completion of necessary paperwork.
– Conduct internal and external RFQ data analysis and cost research for carrier sourcing.
– Obtain quotes from various suppliers and negotiate price, quantity, terms, and conditions with transportation brokers/carriers.
– Identify key factors to aid in price negotiations with carriers during the RFP process.
– Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all business-related conditions in transportation contracts.
– Oversee the company’s internal procurement system throughout the sourcing process.
– Evaluate suppliers’ quotes and provide detailed assessments of cost element breakdowns.
– Maintain quote comparisons with financial simulations and offer data-driven recommendations for selecting freight forwarders and carriers.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role, with proven expertise and progressively increasing responsibilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and create complex reports.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve logistics operations.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
· Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.
· Comfortable working with tables, charts, and numbers to present findings and recommendations.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
· Willingness to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
· Excellent reporting skills are required to present reports to management or clients on bidding plans and results.
