Full Job Description
Seeking to hire a Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist. This Company is a Tier 1 supplier to OEM manufacturers. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Korean). The position is located in Opelika, Alabama. Relocation assistance is offered.

Responsibilities:

Maintain records of claims and quality issues
Ensure accuracy of claim details and payment adjustments
Assist in creating internal and external reports
Assist with countermeasure support
Assist with providing client support during new model development and launches
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be bilingual English/Korean
Benefits:
