Position: Import & Export Operation Manager or Assistant manager (Full-time) 2. Responsibilities: • Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments. • Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments. • Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures. • Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates. • Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements. • Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues. • Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager. 3.
