qualifications
•Strong problem-solving and time management skills required
•Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) or relevant certifications with up to 3-5 years of automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
•Excellent Strategic Planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to forge and maintain good working relationships
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical presentations
•Knowledge of Automotive OEM, PM, Manufacturing, purchasing, Quality (APQP) is beneficial
•Must pass drug test and background check

Responsibilities
•Responsible for Programs/Projects from inception to launch program conclusion
•Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
•Identify and address potential risks using root cause analysis and preventive action
•Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports
•Build and develop a strong team through coaching, mentoring, and specific training
•Coordinate with other departments and achieve specified goals
•Develop and maintain program timing plan with key milestones
•Track open issues, conduct review meetings, and mitigate risks
•Communicate changes to stakeholders and present cost for modifications
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
•Conduct process engineering projects and responsibilities
•Comply with department and company policies, procedures, and programs
•Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute step-level improvements
•Take on increased responsibility and farther-reaching projects
•Solve practical problems and deal with limited standardization
•Read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence
•Maintain professionalism with employees, management, customers, and vendors
•Complete special projects as assigned
