텍사스 오스틴 혹은 캘리 프리몬트 둘 중 한 군데로의 이직을 생각하고 있습니다. 둘 다 테슬라입니다.

오늘 기준 업데이트입니다.

제 인터뷰 진행 상황을 업데이트합니다. 전반적으로 아주 강도 높은 인터뷰이고 엘론 머스크가
수년 전에 정한 지침이라고 합니다. 이력서에 적힌 경력과 학력과 말빨만으로 인력을 채용하는 게 실패 리스크가
있다고 합니다. 프리몬, 오스틴 둘 다 xxx 관련 생산 기술직이고 직급과 대상이 조금 다릅니다.

프리몬: 2.4 까지 통과했고 2.5를 앞두고 있어요. 2.6 인터뷰도 있을 수 있다고 했어요. Behavioral Screening  이랍니다.

1. Position: Program Lead  in xx engineering area for xx
2. Interview Process
2.1. Phone screening with recruiter: 1 hour
2.2. 1st Video Interview with hiring manager: 3 hours
2.3 2nd Video Interview with another relevant Manager: 2 hours 
2.4. Assessment test: Written exam to demonstrate xx engineering fundamental and practices, within 24 hours. It took 9 hours
2.5. Panel Interview: project presentation with 5-7 team members. Estimated 4-5 hours.
2.6. Final Interview with VP Level

오스틴: 2.4 까지 통과했고 2.5를 앞두고 있어요.

1. Position: Staff mechanical engineer in  xx engineering area for xxxxxx
2. Interview Process
2.1. Phone screening with recruiter: 0.5 hour
2.2. 1st Video Interview with hiring manager: 2.5 hours
2.3. 2nd Video Interview with director of engineering: 1 hour
2.4. Assessment test: Written exam to demonstrate xx engineering fundamental and practices, within 1 hour. It took 1 hour to answer, 1 hour to wrap up/scan/send.
2.5. Panel Interview

이게 지난 주말까지 최신 업데이트이고, 그때 두 곳에서 제 게 요청하기를 한 군데를 정해서 진도 나가는 게 좋을 것 같대요.
그래서 이번 주말까지 답을 주기로 했습니다. 김칫국을 너무 마시는 것 같은데 어쨌든 나이 들었음에도 불구하고 날 찾는 곳이 있다는 것으로 감사한 마음이어요.  작년에 환갑이었습니다.
