■ 근무지 :

■ 직무명 : Sr. Quality Control Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Reports and collaborates with clients and President regarding any organizational or business aspects of quality control.
2. Reviews the reports of QC activities being performed, any test reports of materials, or any problems during the day.
3. Implements internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services meet customer expectations.
4. Manages department supervisors and other office personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
5. Periodically trains production personnel to enhance their skill and knowledge of product quality requirements.
6. Performs analysis of raw materials and designs for quality, cost, and effectiveness.
7. Conducts and monitors the analysis/inspection of raw materials and final products to ensure compliance with set specifications.
8. Ensures QC check list is being followed and keeps the finalized checklist for review.
9. Ensures manufacturing processes comply with local and global standards of production.
10. Specifies quality requirements for raw materials obtained from vendors and suppliers.
11. Conducts quality audits to make sure set quality policies and procedures are being adhered to.
12. Oversees the training of quality assurance personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
13. Maintains proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality-related activities.
14. Interacts with other departments to ensure compliance with specification and to facilitate the acceptance of parts.
15. Prepares and presents to clients and upper management reports of quality operations.
16. Approves compliant products and reject defective ones.

■ 자격요건 :
– 유관 경력 10년 이상
– 공과 계열 학사 이상
– 자동차 제조업 분야 경력자 우대
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 가능자

■ 연봉 : $100K~$130K/year
