Responsibilities: Prioritizes which inspections to perform based upon workload and job priorities. Inspect product at receiving and incoming inspection from suppliers, specifically plating and custom-made parts using applicable measuring tools and test equipment. Inspect product In-Process (1st Piece) supplied by the operator. Perform “Lot” inspection on product “ready to” move to the next operation. Check the product against the print, work order (notes) and other pertinent documentation using applicable measuring tools and test equipment. Create and compile quality records as defined by the Quality Management System and/or by Customer specific requirements. Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining of ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Requirements: Read and understand basic mechanical drawings Working knowledge of basic inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, and height gage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organization skills including good penmanship. Must work well with others.
