I am not stella. But I have a same problem. I have purchased a new computer from Dell yesterday which is Dell Dimension C521. It has XP Home edition SP2 as OS. I changed default internet options which blocks pop-up windows and active X control. I made everything enable but still I had to install Active X manually. After installation, I have the pop-up window, which controls download and upload, but downloading does not start.
Another problem. I downloaded fileguri management program and installed it. But I can’t run this program. Pop-up window said “Can’t connect with a server. Check your network connection” I could open many different sites. So I think my network connection does not have a problem. But it still says check my network connection.
It is the first time for me to use XP SP2. Did I miss something? Or is it inevitable problem? If I need to change some options, could you let me know?

창이 안뜨거나 하는건 아닌데..
창뜬후에 전혀 다운로드가 안되요…. 에공….
그리고 저도 똑같은 문제있어요… 이걸 어쩌나요~~
