<strong>Production Manager</strong>

Joynus has partnered with one of the largest, global tier-1 automobile manufacturers to recruit a bilingual Production Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large professional team, grow your skills and be mentored by professionals. The production manager will work closely with management in expediting workflow requirements along with monitoring the organization's production line process. They will manage and assist the upper management daily to make sure everything is up to par and expected work flow.

Main Responsibilities:
- Distribute production schedules and work orders.
- Revise and create production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages.
- Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness and accuracy.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures.
- Compile and prepare documentation related to the production sequences, personnel schedules, and maintenance or repairing orders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-15 years of manufacturing or processing experience required
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Bilingual in Korean and English 
- Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and statistical operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
