Position Title: Dental Hygienist

General Responsibilities:
•Perform comprehensive dental cleanings including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance procedures.
•Conduct oral health assessments, chart existing restorations and conditions, and take digital x-rays as needed.
•Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventative care tailored to individual needs.
•Apply sealants and fluoride treatments, and assist in identifying early signs of oral diseases or abnormalities.
•Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the dental management system (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
•Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
•Collaborate with dentists and other team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
•Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist
•Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads may also be considered).
•Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
•Proficiency in digital radiography and familiarity with electronic dental records systems.
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic setting.
•Bilingual skills (Spanish or Korean) are a plus but not required.

Stipend: 75K-130K/ Year
Working Hour: Shift schedule, 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
