    Job Description for General Affairs Specialist

    – Position: General Affairs Specialist

    – Location: Dublin, Georgia

    – Job Overview:

    The General Affairs Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of various departments within our client’s facility in Dublin, GA. This role involves coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across the organization.

    – Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks, including document management and record-keeping.

    • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, preparing necessary materials and agendas.

    • Communication: Maintain effective communication with employees and external stakeholders to support operational needs.

    • Project Assistance: Assist in various projects by providing support and monitoring progress.

    • Financial Management: Help manage budgets and prepare financial reports as needed.

    • Human Resources Support: Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.

    • Documentation: Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

    – Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

    • Experience: While 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

    • Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Korean; additional language skills are a plus.
