Position Title: Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator
Job Description:
This hybrid role focuses on managing AP functions while providing critical administrative support to ensure the efficiency of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self- starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibility Areas:
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors, maintaining good relationships and accurate records.
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and reports.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documents.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation related to AP.
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational workflow.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions.Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Stipend: $45K~$75K or up
