Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the proper level of communication within and between the technical delivery team and business unit to collaboratively develop web applications that support business needs.

·         Analyze site performance metrics and customer behavior

·         Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with business team, developers and vendors.

Job Requirements:

·         Experience with Retail Pro POS system is a plus

·         Deep understanding of online retail performance metrics and strong analytical skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point& Adobe programs

Required Experience:

·         B.A./B.S. degree

·         3+ years with online retail stores
