자격 요건

Job Responsibilities:

The Network Engineer will play a key role in maintaining and advancing the organization’s network infrastructure, leveraging strong skills in design, deployment, and technical troubleshooting. Primary duties will include:

• Implementation & Configuration
o Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
o Deploy and manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including policies, SDWAN, VPN (IPSec/SSL), high availability, and advanced security features.
o Configure and optimize routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel).
• Operations & Troubleshooting
o Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network incidents and performance issues.
o Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Cisco and Fortinet environments.
o Ensure uptime, redundancy, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Security & Compliance
o Implement and enforce firewall policies, intrusion prevention, and access control best practices.
o Conduct regular network security reviews and assist with remediation efforts.
o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Performance & Optimization
o Perform capacity planning, traffic analysis, and performance tuning to maximize availability and throughput.
o Recommend and implement enhancements to improve network resilience and efficiency.
• Documentation & Standards
o Maintain detailed network diagrams, cabling layouts, and configuration repositories.
o Develop and update SOPs, change management documentation, and knowledge base articles.
o Ensure structured cable management for all network deployments.

Qualifications:
The Network Engineer should be familiar with and capable of supporting the following:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking and Fortinet firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel), and VPNs (IPSec/SSL).
• Experience with network monitoring/management tools (SolarWinds, DNA Center, FortiAnalyzer).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Certifications:

• CCNP certification required or higher preferred.
