Responsibilities:
• 네트워크 및 서버 모니터링 및 유지 관리
• 회사의 목표, 규정에 따른 하드웨어, 소프트웨어의 설치 및 업그레이드
• 잠재적 위협 예방을 위한 보안 프로토콜 구현 및 시행
• 사용자 계정 생성 및 접근 권한 관리
• 진단 테스트 및 debugging 절차 수행을 통한 시스템 최적화
• 프로세스 문서화 및 데이터 백업 및 보관 관리
• 데이터 검색 및 복구 절차 개발
• 효율적인 사용자 피드백 및 오류 보고 시스템 설계 및 구현

• IT 관리 및 시스템 운영 관련 최신 기술 및 모범 사례 지속 업데이트

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 관련 직무 1년 이상 경력자
• IT 시스템, 네트워크 및 관련 기술에 대한 폭넓은 경험 보유자
• IT 관리 및 시스템 보안 분야의 모범 사례에 대한 확실한 이해
• 탁월한 리더십, 조직력 및 시간 관리 능력
• 뛰어난 분석력과 문제 해결 능력
• 우수한 대인관계 및 의사소통 능력
• 영어 및 한국어 이중 언어 구사자 우대 (Bilingual – English/Korean Preferred)
• AWS 관련 경험 보유자 우대

Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English, Korean) Preferred
• Experience with AWS is a big plus
