▶ 담당업무

1) Program/Project Consulting
– End to end portfolio delivery and operations expertise.
– Consulting & Process Management.
– Change Management including identification, assessment, planning and execution .
– Provide support for business / functional leaders in strategic planning, strategy execution / implementation, and decision making.
– Coordinate development of cross region / function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices.
– Coordinate execution of cross LOB/country initiatives.

2) Project Delivery of Key and Strategic Initiatives
– Estimating, Budgeting and Cost Management.
– Planning and Control.
– Risk and Issue Management.
– Quality and Defect Management.
– Communications Management.
– Project Closing & Document Retention.

– Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
– Comfortable dealing ambiguity

– Able to influence individuals who do not report to the PMO
