    ▣ Positions:

    Responsibility

    • Drive revenue growth in this region to meet and exceed the sales objectives and quotas
    • Define regional sales strategy and plan to grow the business in all market segments: Optical Communications, Commercial Lasers, Gesture Recognitions, and Photonic Powers
    • Define account strategy and formulate account plan to grow the regional tier 1 customer business and expand the regional tier 1 customer base, while expand the overall regional customer coverage
    • Build up, maintain, and enhance the business relationship with the key customer stakeholders from executives, decision makers, and working level correspondents
    • Grow market share by taking away from competitors and launching design-wins
    • Manage all routine sales tasks including providing regular and accurate forecasting, system updating, working with various functions on bidding, quotation, shipment, design win/ design in, RMA, and others
    • Manage the regional distributors with clear business objectives including revenue plan, sales plan, forecasting, reporting, and account management plan
    • Promote company brand through various means including sales activities, exhibitions, and conferences

    Requirements

    • 10+ years sales experience in Optical Communication and/or Commercial Laser industry with thorough understanding of the market, technology, and players
    • Proven sales record with revenue growths and successful design wins in the current and previous companies
    • Demonstrated complete sales skills: starting and closing a deal, thorough business understanding, practice, and negotiation
    • Self driven, demonstrated self-starter capable to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Demonstrated people skill working with people at all levels and all functions, in customers and internal organization
    • Effective communicator with strong influence and impact in both customers and organization
    • Team player AND clear ownership to dive the efforts of growing the business
    • Strong language skill, fluent in English and Korea, speaking and writing, any other language skill is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, skills in various tools including MS office
    • Result driven and strong desire to win
    • BS in Engineering, Master and/or MBA preferred
