    집을 구매하려고 론 오피서에게 받은 견적서입니다.(2달전)
    혹시 론을 잘 아시는분 조언좀 부탁드립니다.
    258000불을 주고 구매하는 것이고,
    3%내에서 클로징피를 집을 짓는 빌더가 지불합니다.
    질문) Mortage Broker fee관련하여 1.25% 차지하는 것은 많은 것인가요?
    예전에 이야기할때는 1% 차지한다고 했는데, 더 차지했군요
    질문) 빌더가 3%에서 클로징피를 내주기로 했는데, 1500불이상 금액이
    더 나왔습니다.( 론 오피서가 더 많이 차지한건가요?)
    질문)혹시 제가 오버차지한 항목은 없는지요?

      조금 많이 부풀려지긴 했군요.. 특히 브로커 피는 요즘 거의 없는데 그것도 1.25%나 차지 되었군요..이걸 니고 해보세요.. 언더롸이터피랑 프라세싱피랑 브로커피를 자세히 무어냐고 물어보고 웨이브 해달라고 하세요..그럼 대부분 웨이브 해줄텐데요..
