질문) Mortage Broker fee관련하여 1.25% 차지하는 것은 많은 것인가요?
예전에 이야기할때는 1% 차지한다고 했는데, 더 차지했군요
질문) 빌더가 3%에서 클로징피를 내주기로 했는데, 1500불이상 금액이
더 나왔습니다.( 론 오피서가 더 많이 차지한건가요?)
