졸업전 아직 학생일때에 2005년 & 2006 년도 각각 학교에서 $1,200 & $1,700 의 수입이 있었습니다. 지난 3년 회계년도까지 패널티 없이 보고 할수 있는걸로 알고있는데.. 수입이 이렇게 얼마 되지 않았을때도 해야 하는지요? 이거를 쉽게 온라인으로 할수는 없나요? 꼭 IRS 에서 폼을 다운받아 메일로 보내야 하는지요?

If your adjusted gross income is less than personal exemption and standard deduction, you are not required to file tax returns.

If I had any amount of refund due for year 2005 & 2006, will I then be able to claim those by filing a late return? I think I might have been eligible for some amount of Eaned Income Credit for those years.

Are you a resident alien? I don’t think EIC is for student or nonresident alien. Check IRS website.
