Position Title: Production coordinator

General Responsibilities:
• Follow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely manner.
• Make sure on time development, PP and TOP samples submission.
• Monitor samples and approval process.
• Follow-up to ensure all orders are properly shipped and arrived on time.
• Any additional roles in the production area.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or related field
• Illustrator, Photoshop skill required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong sense of Teamwork. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Must be proactive

Stipend: $40-60k
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
