Now Editing “종합 물류기업에서 Sales Team Leader (3PL & Fulfillment) 채용중” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position Title: Sales Team Leader (3PL & Fulfillment) General Responsibilities: • Grow the company's ocean and air freight business/services in an assigned territory • Find & develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process into tangible outcome • Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability • Clearly communicated the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Oversight management of customers’ shipments. Ensure proper Coordination with agents and logistics teams to meet customer expectations. • Manage the day-to-day clients’ freight movements in collaboration with Operations • Address all customer issues, concerns, and requests • Use email/salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities Qualifications: • Logistics/Transportation knowledge with a minimum 5-year global trade industry experience • Minimum 3-year managing direct reports • Excellent knowledge of logistics including Ocean as well as Air • Proven track record in sales, prospecting and developing accounts • Experience with transportation management systems • Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and written • Strong sales, organization skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently • Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation Stipend: $100,000 ~ 150,000/ year based on experience and performance Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
