Ensure proper Coordination with agents and logistics teams to meet customer expectations. • Manage the day-to-day clients’ freight movements in collaboration with Operations • Address all customer issues, concerns, and requests • Use email/salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities • Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in terms of gross profit and revenue. Qualifications: • Min 1~2 years’ sales experience in related field • Excellent knowledge of logistics including Ocean as well as Air • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. • Understanding of sales performance metrics. • Good knowledge about logistics industrial • Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and written • Good skills of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service • Strong sales, organization skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently • Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation Stipend: $80,000 ~ 120,000/ year based on experience and performance Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
