Quality Assurance Specialist

■ 업무내용 :
1) Customer Service and Quality Assurance
• Leads/Support customer service for technical and quality
• Leads/Support the management of development processes for new program
• Facilitate communication across various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and the Korea headquarters, to support collaboration and business goals.

2) Management of SAP system
• Enter, validate and manage data within the SAP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the operation
• Analyze and apply SAP functionalities to improve processes
• Troubleshoot SAP related issues and provide user support

3) Management of in & outbound Process
• Leads/Support managing product inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper handling and timely processing.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of received products
• Leads/Support inventory management by updating with physical inventory
• Coordinate with material teams and Korea teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Contractor warrants that he is qualified to perform the Services and that the Services will be performed in a
professional, timely and workmanlike manner without the advice or direction of Client. Failure to perform all the Services required under this Agreement constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

■ 자격요건 :
– 신입 지원 가능
– 학사 이상
– 제조업 QC 업무 경력자 우대
– 비자 스폰 없으며 Citizen 및 Green Card 소지자만 지원 가능

■ 연봉 : Min $50K/year ~

■ 베네핏 :
– Benefits may vary depending on the company’s benefits program
– 건강보험 : 100% 회사지원
– 401k는 3%까지 100%지원,
– 4, 5%는 50%지원 됩니다 (5% 넣을 경우 4% 매치)
