• Acquisition & Business Development Manager[Main Responsibilities]
• Manage acquisition and business development efforts including Search & Evaluation, Negotiations, and Partnership Management
• Conduct sales forecast / market share projection of our target products based on patient prevalence, diagnosis, treatment data
• Utilize IQVIA and other relevant resources to assess revenue potential for each market and ensure that correct assumptions (e.g. regulatory, pricing) are applied for each project
• Conduct a market research and a feasibility study for the pharmaceutical or healthcare products that is interested in acquiring for our target markets (Korea or other regions with our partnership network).
• Support expanding our pool of business partners to register/import/market above products and support the relevant business negotiation[Requirements]
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a core business function at a publicly-held pharmaceutical company, MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a business development in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Prefer a person who has a business experience in multiple fields of pharmaceutical and healthcare sector; chemical drugs, biotechnology, medical device and other healthcare products.
• Financial modeling / valuation experience preferred
• Experience in due diligence process before a deal closes plus
