Main Responsibilities:
– Assist in writing monthly industry reports for executives
– Research and analyze industry, company specific data to understand developments in relevant industries
– Research public companies and its earnings report
– Attend industry conferences and network with PE, IB, VC analysts
– Aid in managing existing subsidiaries of the company
– Assist in negotiation with potential partner companies
– Update market data and manage subscription

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Ability to create financial model and knowledge in M&A is preferred
– Fluency in Korean and English required
– Ability to travel 30%
– Research, M&A, finance experience is a plus
