Atlanta, GA에 위치한 회사에서 아래와 같이 0~3년 경력자들을 대상으로 Inside Sales Specialist를 채용중입니다.
Main Responsibilities:
– Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or emailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing, and delivery options
– Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provide information as necessary to other departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high-quality customer service
– Coordinate shipping/logistics and follow up to ensure the proper delivery of products
– Invoice reconciliation (AP/AR management)
– Develop new customer/market relationships to facilitate sales growthMinimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in the Economics or Business
– 0~3 years of sales experience preferred
– Bilingual in English and Korean
