Main Responsibilities:
– Maintains parts files; creates a new bill of material and updates finished good parts file.
– Assist with the budget process.
– Assist with the management of Accounts Payable.
– Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
– Assists with Government reports, taxes, insurance, capital requests, and other special projects.
– Perform analytical review of financial results and understand factors driving variance.
– Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices
– Reconciles bank accounts and customer accounts
– Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
– Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform an annual audit

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Math or a related field
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– SAP experience preferred
