Main Responsibilities: • Perform professional level accounting duties according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Accounts payable review and entry, expense account review, and posting entries. • Prepare documentation for external auditors. • Organize and update financial records. • Assist with the month-end closing process. • Create financial reports for Controller and Senior Management team. • Analyze costs, benefits, and losses of the company profits. • Reconcile related party transactions. • Record and monitor all AP/AR transactions. • Process monthly bank reconciliations. • Generates weekly reports.
