Production Control Supervisor (Bilingual Korean preferred)

We are recruiting for a Production Control Supervisor to lead three shift supervisors and a total workforce of 100 employees.

The Supervisor can grow into a Plant Manager.

SCOPE:

The supervisor will display leadership, process improvement skills and a great team building spirit.

He or she will be responsible for:

– Improving productivity
– On the job training of staff
– Tracking equipment downtime
– Participating in leadership meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or operations management or related field
– 3-5+ years of experience
– Bilingual in Korean preferred
