Responsibilities:

– Directs and coordinates activities of all departments concerned with the packaging, raw material, and shipping/receiving
– Interviews, hires, and oversees the personnel processes
– Ensures all employees are trained on equipment and on safety standards
– Manages ongoing maintenance request procedure
– Reviews equipment and tooling annually to determine replacement or upgrade needs while improving capabilities and
efficiencies
– Coaches and trains employees on all correction action request forms to find the root cause
– Responsible for the process-flow operation to ensure the required materials/parts are available and ready as needed to
complete
the order on time

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience managing overall operations
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
