Main Responsibilities:
– Receiving Inquiries, confirming order details and negotiating with Client
– Receiving PO and analysis for proceeding plan
– Making procurement plan and strategy with team members
– Sourcing and selecting qualified suppliers
– Receive quotation and price analysis
– Negotiations of prices, quality, lead time terms and payment condition
– Issuing P/O to vendors
– Tracking income and expenditure
– Management orders of quality, lead time and logistics
– Confirmation of delivery
– Issuing Invoice to Client
– Following up Invoices
– Monthly order closing

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– 4+ years of experience in the supply chain/buying/purchasing field
