Responsibilities

– Standard bookkeeping with A/R & A/P
– Tax reports & Payroll
– Office administration
– Purchasing/Order fulfillment/Inventory management
– Managing employee benefit programs
– Preparing financial statements for auditing purposes
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

– Must be permanently eligible to work in the US
– A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, but not required.
– Proficiency in Quickbooks and CRM software
– Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, tax reporting, etc.
– Proficiency in Korean and English for stakeholder reporting
