    Project Control Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/English) – Entry Level Job description.

    Summary

    This entry-level position is primarily responsible for analyzing data, assisting in writing reports, supporting in drawing up work schedules and budgets, helping in delegating tasks, understanding project specifications, liaising with contractors and suppliers under supervision, supporting resource management, and communicating with surveyors, managers, and other engineers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Familiarity with AutoCAD (Preferred, not mandatory)
    Good time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    Essential Functions

    Assist in coordinating projects in mega sites during several stages (Proposal/Construction/Completion/Handover)
    Support in managing contractors, vendors, suppliers, etc. when requested.
    Assist in reviewing drawings, making BOQs, organizing budgets, and the overall process for bidding.
    Help manage the invoice every month and check subcontractors’ changes.
    Assist in reviewing and closely analyzing contract documentation including (drawings, specifications, engineering reports).
    Support functional leaders and each project teams about project planning, building, design to meet target objectives, budget and timelines.
    Assist in monitoring and controlling project schedule and budget / Manage contracts / Maintain consistency and meet group standards & documents.
    Maintain positive communications with all stakeholders and other internal/external departments.

    Work Environment

    Work is performed in a variety of environments ranging from the office to construction sites, which may involve working near moving mechanical parts, equipment, or machinery on rough or uneven surfaces, and exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, odors, gas, oils, fumes, extreme temperatures, or heights. May occasionally be exposed to inclement or hazardous conditions including but not limited to inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises and travel; requiring moderate physical activities.

    Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 annual

    Savannah, GA: Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
    Kingston, GA: Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
