안녕하세요.

LC를 무사히 받고 I-140을 막 file한 영주권 신청자입니다. 그런데 변호사가 I-485 를 file 을 안하길래 알아 보니 제가 prevailing wage가 낮아서 신청을 유보하고 있더군요.

Software engineer 로 찾아 보니. 여러가게 나와서요…. 아래 처럼 쭉 나오언데… 제가 어떤 항목에 속하는지 확실하게 잘 모르겠더라구요… 1031 인지 1032 인지…..

혹시 저랑 비슷한 직업을 가지신 님들 조언 부탁드립니다….

이미 LC를 받으신 분이 PW를 물어보시다니 이상하군요. PWD 없이는 LC 신청 자체가 안되는걸로 알고 있는데.

회사내 보드에 포스팅 할때, wage를 적게 되어있는데 아닌가요? 님의 포지션에 맞는 PW는 소용 없구요, 변호사한테 PWD 를 알려달라고 하세요.

그리고 PW가 낮아서 485 신청이 힘든 경우도 있나요? 현재 받는 월급과 PWD 가 차이가 많이 나는 경우에 조심해서 잘 해야 한다고는 들어봤는데. 제가 아는 한은 카드 나오기 전까지는 괜찮구요, 카드 나온 후에는 회사에서 PWD를 맞춰줘야 한다고 알고 있습니다 (받는 연봉이 낮을경우).

저는 학사에 5년경력으로 레벨 2의 웨이지로 영주권 나왔습니다.
EDD에서 PWD가 나와야 LC들어갈 수 있어요.
변호사에게 EDD에서 나온 PWD보자고 하셔야 겠는데요.
