Company Match and Vesting Currently, the company will contribute on a discretionary basis to your savings by matching 25% of your total contribution (including the catch-up for those over 50) up to the annual IRS limits. Employees are immediately 100% vested in the company match. 회사에서 25% 매칭을 해준다고 하는데, 그러면 토탈 $19,500 (IRS limits / year) 중에 25%인 $4,875 만 매칭을 해주는건가요? 그럼 $4,875 금액을 다 받으려면 제가 75%인 $14,625를 401K 에 넣어야하는거죠? 아니면 다른의미인가요? 그리고 사회초년생이고 싱글이면 401K 먼저 Max out 하고 다음에 다른 제태크를(적금, 주식등등) 하는방법이 무난한거죠? 감사합니다.
