Now Editing “저는 H1b, 와이프는 H4. 회사에서 영주권 스폰 프로세스 들어갈려고합니다.” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요 선배님들, 제목처럼 저는 h1b 비자이고 와이프는 h4비자 입니다. 회사가 커서 이미그레이션 담당 부서가 따로 있습니다만, 제가 asking 하기전에 몇가지 알아보니 회사방침에 저는 (employee)는 영주권 스폰을 해준다고 나와있구요 하지만 가족에 관하여서는 이렇게 나옵니다. Company will not pay for U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employee’s dependents. Company will not pay for an employee’s spouse to obtain an Employment Authorization Document (“EAD”). Employees are responsible to maintain valid visa status for their dependents and adhere to U.S. Govt. immigration policies related to dependents visa. 제 추측하기엔 와이프까지 영주권을 얻게 할려면 저 들어갈때 추가비용을 내서 들어가면 될거 같은데.. 베스트는 역시 회사에서 와이프까지 같이 넣어주면 좋겠지만.. 아직 모르겠네요. 혹시 저같은 경험을 해보신 선배님이 있으시다면 댓글 달아주시면 감사하겠습니다. 추가비용은 어느정도 예상을 해야될린지... 감사합니다.
