– Job Overview:
The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing analytical support to enhance the financial performance of our client in Dublin, GA. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and proficiency in SAP software.

– Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
SAP Management: Utilize SAP software for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.

– Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory; strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are also required.
