2018년 인터뷰 후 아직 아무 진전없는 장기펜딩 케이스입니다.
너무 답답하여 12월에 상원의원 두 군데 옴부즈맨 문의 넣었는데
먼저 상원의원 문의 한곳은 unresolved issue가 complete되어야 한다 타임라인은 알려줄수가 없다고 하는 여기서 말하는 형식적인 대답이어서 맥이 빠졌는데
오늘 또 한군데 상원의원실에서 답이 온 것은 아래와 같아요
이것도 또 뻔한 답변일까요..
이제껏 보아오던 레터와는 문구도 좀 다르고 해서
괜희 희망을 가져보게 되네요.
옴부즈맨은 아직 업데이트가 없구요.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the priority date of the case for which your constituent is inquiring is currently available and that the case, with other visa available cases, is in the process to be assigned to an adjudicating officer.
