Ohio, Warren에 위치한 전기자동차 베터리 공장에서 근무하며
제조업에 대한 경험과 베터리 생산/검사장비에 대한 기술적 지원및 고객사 대응등 현장의 전반적인 부분을 관리감독하고, 기술자를 배양할 수 있는 매니저를 모십니다. 자동화/제조공장 업무 경험자를 우대합니다.

근무지역: Lansing MI, Warren OH, SpringHill TN (Ultium Cells)

May perform one or more of the following:
• Adhere to Safety Standards and Policies and perform work in a safe and professional manner.
• Resolve production disruptions and repair machine breakdowns to return production equipment to produce production standards.
• Identify and resolve machine and process issues relating to downtime, scrap and performance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine prints to aid in machine troubleshooting and repair.
• Respond to emergency work requests from production in a timely manner.
• Monitor spare parts inventories, complete paperwork to replace parts removed from stock and make recommendations of inventory levels to assure parts availability.
• Also, equipment move and rearrangement and new equipment installations as.
• Follow up the record completed preventive maintenance tasks and associated repair data using computer-based systems.
• Identify parts and materials required to complete repairs.
• Perform assigned job functions in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform set-up and training the maintenance Team
• Schedule technicians according to established procedures.
• Identify problems from customers and solve them according to established procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Basic reading, writing and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of using hand tools and power tools at an intermediate level.
• More than 7years experience in manufacturing system.
• Experience in automation equipment manufacturing preferred.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. (ppt/excel…etc.)
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and be available on an on-call basis as needed.
