Quality & Sales (품질/영업) Specialist The Quality & Sales Specialist performs product inspection and quality control activities while supporting customer communication, account coordination, and sales operations. This position works with customers and internal departments to resolve quality concerns, maintain customer satisfaction, and support business activities. Identify nonconforming products, manufacturing variations, and process inconsistencies. Maintain inspection records, defect logs, customer documentation, and audit-related records. Report quality results, production issues, and customer concerns to management. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with Production, Engineering, and other departments. Train production personnel on inspection procedures and visual quality standards. Maintain calibration and proper operation of measuring and testing equipment. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, quality concerns, and requests. Coordinate customer issues and follow-up actions with internal departments. Prepare customer reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence. Support customer visits, audits, business reviews, quotations, and sales activities. Maintain customer records, communication logs, and quality-related documentation. Support new business opportunities and customer relationship development. Perform all duties in accordance with safety and company requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. 자격요건 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to review numerical and inspection data. Knowledge of computers and precision measuring instruments. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data entry. Ability to work independently and coordinate with customers and internal departments. Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and customer requirements. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, audits, or plant visits as needed. 우대사항 Experience in automotive parts manufacturing or quality inspection. Experience with CMM measurement and dimensional inspection. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or customer quality.
