Human Resource (인사) Manager The Human Resources Manager oversees daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and workplace safety. This position partners with department managers to support employees, improve organizational performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and other activities to build a qualified applicant pool. Manage employee relations matters, including complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance issues. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and workplace concerns. Manage workplace safety programs and support compliance with OSHA requirements. Review compensation structures and recommend improvements based on internal equity and market conditions. Develop and update job descriptions in coordination with department managers. Identify and coordinate employee training and development needs. Conduct regular meetings with department managers to discuss staffing, employee relations, and HR priorities. Maintain open communication with employees and gather feedback on workplace concerns. Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices. Analyze HR data and recommend solutions to improve employee retention, performance, and workplace effectiveness. Support the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. 자격요건 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience. Prior experience handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and workplace investigation procedures. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems. Ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all organizational levels. 우대사항 HR experience in a manufacturing, automotive, production, or similar environment. Experience supporting an organization with 300 or more employees. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean; Spanish proficiency is a plus. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
