    Position Title: Sales support specialist
    Job Type: J1, Full time paid internship, OPT, etc.

    Responsibilities:
    – Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the ERP/CRM system
    – Manage and track inventory availability to support order fulfillment
    – Track and confirm shipping quantities in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams

    Qualifications:
    – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Quickbooks
    – Interpersonal and communication skills
    – Intermediate English communication skill
    – Need a car to commute

    Stipend: $47,000 – 55,000 (year)
    Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
