Position Title: Cost & Quality Data Analyst

General Responsibilities:
• Develop cost strategies and viable pricing models for our automotive seat structures
• Establish plans and strategies to defend cost reduction (“CR”) by customers
• Establish criteria and procedures for preparing and presenting cost estimates
• Analyze standard and actual costs and monitor changes in estimated costs and actual costs
• Collect and analyze blueprints, data, and other documentation to assess required time and material and labor costs for manufacturing automotive parts
• Assess cost effectiveness of projects and track actual costs relative to bids
• Work with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to develop accurate cost estimates
• Generate price estimates by new automotive parts and propose the estimates to customers
• Follow up and take actions for automotive seat structure price changes
• Work as a liaison between us and corporate customers to resolve price issues and defend Cost & Quality Data Analyst
• Perform CR defense analysis, considering changes in raw material price and labor, productivity decrease, and business operational difficulties and perform CR defense activities
• Consult and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates
• Take actions for pricing audits
• Determine purchasing prices
• Manage bid pricing from all suppliers and vendors
• Input cost data in internal business system
• Recommend cost reduction options and strategies to management; and
• Ensure cost data integrity across all contracts.

Qualifications:
• Must be brochure degree of 4-year course.
• Accounting, Business, Economic, Data analytics, Data Science related majors background candidates are plus

Stipend: $50,000 ~
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8 A.M.-5 P.M.
