Qualifications: -Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred. -5–10 years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead‐accountant role. -Deep knowledge of GAAP, full‐cycle close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes. -Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills. -Strong analytical and problem‐solving ability, plus clear communication and team‐leadership skills.
