Position Title: Sales Support Specialist (Customer service)
General Responsibilities:
– Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the ERP/CRM system.
– Manage and track inventory availability to support order fulfillment.
– Track and confirm shipping quantities in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams.Qualifications:
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Quickbooks.
-Interpersonal and communication skills.
-Intermediate English communication skills.Stipend: $47K – 55K
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
